Ever had trouble filling your cupcake papers evenly, or dripping batter all over the tray??
This Tuesday’s tip: Use a spring release ice-cream scoop to fill your papers. You will get the exact amount of batter in each paper minus the mess!
Now onto some super exciting Cupkates news! I have a food licence people!! I will be doing all my baking in a commercial kitchen and am moving forward full steam ahead. I have been inundated with orders and quote requests, I am completely gobsmacked. Finally all my hard work is paying off.
I have a very busy few weeks ahead of me, all of which you will see on my blog. Thank you to everyone who has followed my journey right from the early days, to my awesome experience at Planet cake, to the beginning of my new business.
